You can register using a mobile phone number or email address and must complete verification using a code. Each phone number or email address can be used to register only one account. To register multiple accounts, use different phone numbers or email addresses.
Identity verification typically takes 1–2 business days. The actual timeframe depends on the information shown on the page, the business-day calendar applicable in your region, and the review queue. This should not be regarded as a guaranteed processing time for every application.
If your application is not approved, the system will display the reason. Supplement or correct your documents as instructed, then resubmit. If the timeframe shown on the page has passed, or if you have questions about the review outcome or document requirements, contact customer support.
Before the document expires, go to the “Security” or “Verification Management” section of your account, update the information, and submit it for review. If the document has already expired and your account has been restricted, contact customer support for guidance.
After the updated information has been approved, functions restricted because of the expired document may be restored. Restoration depends on the new review outcome and applicable risk rules. If the functions remain unavailable, contact customer support for further investigation.

A company account is used to centrally manage company funds, team members, roles, permissions, cards, and transactions. Member accounts are created by the company account administrator for employees or collaborators, allowing them to log in independently and carry out business activities within their authorized scope.
Once the member account feature has been activated for your company, the account administrator enters member information, sets up login credentials, and assigns roles. Members log in using their own mobile phone number or email address and password, then complete the login verification steps shown on the page.
Member accounts do not have separate wallets, so there is no need to fund each member account separately.
By default, members can view their own business data. Account administrators can configure the company data each member can view and the actions they can perform based on their responsibilities, such as applying for cards, creating payments, or exporting transaction details. Data access permissions and operational permissions are configured separately.
